Ir. WEIN PAU RONG
Director
With more than 30 years of experience in civil and structural engineering consultancy, Ir. Wein PR established his own consultancy practice in 2000. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the planning, design, project management, and supervision of a wide range of projects, including industrial developments, low- and high-rise residential buildings, commercial developments, complexes, and infrastructure projects. He has extensive experience in alternative structural design, including the application of Industrialised Building System (IBS) solutions, with a focus on practical, efficient, and innovative structural approaches.
As Director of Perunding KPR & Associates Sdn Bhd, Ir. Wein PR oversees the overall management of the company, including its technical and commercial performance as well as strategic business expansion. He works closely with professional design teams to provide conceptual design input, technical reviews, and engineering expertise for major and strategic projects undertaken by the company.

Ir. CHAI TZER LUEN

Ir. Chai has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive exposure gained primarily through consulting practice. His professional expertise encompasses civil and structural engineering design for a broad range of developments, including industrial, residential, and commercial buildings, ranging from low-rise to high-rise structures. He also has significant experience in the application of Industrialized Building System (IBS) and alternative structural solutions.
Over the course of his career, Ir. Chai has been entrusted with various aspects of project delivery, including planning, preliminary cost assessment, structural concept and detailed design, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction supervision. Beyond his technical responsibilities, he plays an active role in providing direction to project teams, coordinating resources, overseeing operational matters, and ensuring that projects are delivered effectively in line with the required objectives and standards.
With his combination of technical expertise, project experience, and leadership capabilities, Ir. Chai continues to contribute to the strategic development and overall growth of the organization. With more than 26 years of experience in the construction industry, predominantly with consulting firms, Ir. Lee has developed extensive expertise in infrastructure engineering design for a diverse range of developments, including mixed-use, industrial, residential, commercial, and other development projects.
Throughout her career, Ir. Lee has been actively involved in the planning, preliminary cost estimation, conceptual and detailed design, project implementation, and construction supervision of various infrastructure projects. She has also led multidisciplinary professional teams and managed project coordination, ensuring the effective delivery of project objectives in accordance with the required quality standards, technical specifications, and operational requirements.
Committed to continuous professional development, Ir. Lee continually strives to enhance her capabilities as a well-rounded and competent Professional Engineer. She seeks to integrate sound engineering principles and extensive practical experience with emerging technologies, evolving knowledge, and industry best practices. His professional experience encompasses high-rise residential and commercial developments, foundations and substructures, transfer structures, post-tensioned structures, steel structures and value engineering.
Throughout his career, Ir. Wong has been involved in all key stages of project delivery, from planning and structural concept development to detailed design, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction supervision. He also provides technical direction to project teams, coordinates resources, and oversees project execution to support effective delivery in accordance with project requirements and standards.
Ir. Wong places particular emphasis on identifying potential engineering and construction issues early — before they become costly problems. This proactive approach helps project teams make informed decisions, manage technical risks and maintain smooth project progress while leading his teams to achieve project and operational objectives.
