KPR is a civil and structural engineering consultancy based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
Formerly known as Perunding KPR, our practice was formed in 2000 and is led today by Ir. Wein Pau Rong, Ir. Chai Tzer Luen, Ir. Lee Bee Ean and Ir. Wong Kok Ken, supported by a team of professional and committed engineering staff.
We work across the full lifecycle of a project — from early feasibility through to completion — integrating our engineering with architects, contractors and authorities so that design intent survives contact with the real world.
Our teams bring decades of hands-on experience in residential, commercial and industrial developments, main infrastructure, sewerage treatment plants, and TNB main intake stations up to 500kV.
We apply current standards, techniques and structural systems — including shear wall, precast and post-tensioned construction — to both low-rise and high-rise developments, aiming for the same standard on every project: engineering that clients, contractors and authorities can rely on.
WHAT
WE DO
Project Planning
Feasibility studies, preliminary engineering, site investigation and technical input to support project planning and development.
Engineering Design
Site investigation, engineering analysis, detailed C&S design and preparation of drawings and technical documentation for the project.
Tender Administration
Pre-qualification of tenderers, preparation of tender documents, calling of tenders and tender assessment.
Contract Administration
Time, cost and financial monitoring, evaluation of works for the issuance of payment certificates and the issuance of instructions where necessary.
Project Management
Coordination and monitoring of C&S works to support progress, quality and adherence to the project program.
Authority Liaison
Liaison with the various authorities having jurisdiction over the range of C&S trades.
