Ir. Wein PR graduated with honours bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University Technology, Malaysia in 1995. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia and corporate member of Institution of Engineers, Malaysia. He is also a member of Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia.

 

Ir. Wein PR has more than 22 years working experience in civil and structural engineering consulting firm. He has established his own consultancy practice in year 2000. He has completed planning, design, project management and supervision for many projects ranging from industrial, low rise and high rise residential, commercial, complexes and infra-structure. He also intensively involve in many alternative structure design using IBS.

 

As Director of the Perunding KPR & Associates Sdn Bhd, Ir. Wein PR is responsible for the management, technical and commercial performance and strategic business expansion of the company. He also works closely with professional design team in providing conceptual design, technical review and input for major and strategic projects undertaken by the company.

 

His present goal is to drive the company to become one of the leading civil and structural consultancy company in Malaysia.

Ir. Pang CC graduated with honours bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University Technology, Malaysia

in 1997. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia and corporate member

of Institution of Engineers, Malaysia.

 

Ir. Pang CC has more than 20 years working experience in the construction industry, mainly in Consultant Firm. His exposure includes civil & structural design for various types of buildings such as industrial, residential, commercial and others (from low rise to high rise).

 

In the last 20 years, he has been responsible for planning, preliminary cost estimation, structural concept designs, overseeing detail design and overall coordination of multi-disciplinary professional teams and supervising the projects during construction in which he has gained extensive exposure in the construction sector.

Ir. Lee BE graduated with honours bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University Technology, Malaysia in 1999. She is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia and corporate member of Institution of Engineers, Malaysia.

 

Ir. Lee BE has more than 18 years working experience in the construction industry, mainly in Consultant Firm. Her exposure mainly in infrastructure (Civil) design for various types of development such as mix development, industrial, residential, commercial and others.

 

Ir. Lee BE has been involved in planning, preliminary cost estimation, design and construction of a wide range of infrastructure projects in which she has gained extensive exposure in the construction sector. She have been involved in the project planning, implementation as well as managing her team members to achieve operational goals in project management. In the last 18 years, she has been responsible for infrastructure concept designs, overseeing detail design and overall coordination of multi-disciplinary professional teams and supervising the projects during construction.

 

Her present goal is to strive to become an all-rounded and competent Professional Engineer in both theories and practical application integrated with the advancing technology and knowledge from time to time to serve the industry and community continuously with confidence and passion.

Ir. Chai TL graduated with honours bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from University Technology, Malaysia in 2005. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia and corporate member of Institution of Engineers, Malaysia.

 

Ir. Chai TL has more than 12 years working experience in the construction industry, mainly in Consultant Firm.

His exposure includes civil & structural design for various types of buildings such as industrial, residential, commercial and others (from low rise to high rise). He also intensively involve in many alternative structure design using IBS.

 

In the last 10 years, he has been responsible for planning, preliminary cost estimation, structural concept designs, overseeing detail design and overall coordination of multi-disciplinary professional teams and supervising the projects during construction in which he has gained extensive exposure in the construction sector. He have been involved in the project implementation as well as managing his team members to achieve operational goals in project management.
